Vantelleo serves business and consumer customers internationally where checkout supports their billing location and customer status. Availability is checked before payment. We do not offer checkout for a location awaiting tax or service setup. If you change the billing country at secure checkout, payment can still be taken by the payment provider; delivery is then held for review, which may require a refund. Do not pay again while a purchase is under review. The initial accepted interface and service language is English; other languages are not promised to have equivalent support.

Your package includes the website page, customer-photo and small-change allowances in the accepted summary. Primary materials include a company one-pager, brochure and business card as PDFs, plus square and story social graphics and a logo image as PNGs. A separate optional website export contains HTML and related assets. These are digital files; physical printing, domain registration, mailbox licences and advertising spend are excluded unless separately itemised. Business and Premium include the supported booking feature after its setup; Launch does not. The free one-page preview illustrates direction, not the full paid scope.

Your price review identifies the seller before payment. For a direct Stripe purchase, SanitiQ Mechanics UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is the seller and provides its invoice through Stripe. For a purchase sold through Link, Link is the merchant of record under the merchant terms shown at checkout; Link provides the payment invoice and handles the transaction and applicable refunds. Vantelleo provides the website and package support. We do not issue a duplicate SanitiQ tax invoice for the same Link sale. Your saved purchase record and confirmation identify the actual merchant and billing route. Contact payments@vantelleo.com for help locating that route.

Pay setup at purchase. The first 30 days of managed service are included, then the monthly amount shown in your accepted price review is charged on the disclosed date and monthly until cancelled. Package reference totals in EUR: Launch EUR129 setup/EUR24 monthly, Business EUR239/EUR33, Premium EUR349/EUR69. Prices include applicable tax where charged. Your accepted price review and invoice state the tax treatment and final total for your billing location and verified business status. German VAT is not applied to every international purchase. A business name alone does not establish reverse-charge eligibility; applicable tax-ID validation must finish before payment. There is no annual commitment. Enter accurate company/billing details before accepting the review.

We prepare your website and materials from the information you approve. The workspace shows progress or missing information. Processing can need retries or review; instant completion is not guaranteed. Private delivery and public publication are separate. Publication requires your approval and any necessary domain setup. We do not promise a configured domain, working mailbox or booking service before their setup is complete.

Consumers choose whether creation begins early or after the waiting period. Neither choice is preselected. We send the saved contract confirmation before starting. Waiting means at least 14 days after delivery of that confirmation; the monthly charge date disclosed before purchase is not moved automatically. For this initial offer, early work or downloading does not remove the consumer withdrawal protection stated below. Mandatory remedies for delay and non-delivery remain.

Monthly care covers managed hosting and the supported maintenance/features in your package. A small change updates existing text, an image or a comparable detail; it is not a complete redesign or custom application. The allowance is 5/10/25 small published changes per month for Launch/Business/Premium. Requests beyond scope require a separately stated price and your approval; a request alone never authorises an extra charge. You provide real availability/services for booking and remain responsible for the services your visitors book.

Stop future renewal in your account or at https://app.vantelleo.com/cancel without signing in. Ordinary cancellation keeps managed service available to the end of the included or paid period shown in its confirmation. It does not itself request a refund or delete your account. At service end the hosted website and managed features stop operating. You keep paid files already delivered and can download a website export. Static exports need replacement integrations for booking, forms and other managed backends on another host. Separate domain and mailbox contracts follow their own provider terms. Download a copy before service end; account storage follows our privacy/retention notice, not an unlimited archive guarantee.

Additional first-month guarantee: request a refund within 14 calendar days of the first successfully paid monthly subscription charge and we refund that monthly amount, including applicable tax. It covers that first monthly charge only, does not reset on renewal, upgrade or resubscription, and does not include setup. This limitation applies only to the extra guarantee, never statutory rights. Refund confirmations state renewal and hosting-end decisions separately. Send requests to payments@vantelleo.com. Refunds are reviewed by the operator; AI does not independently move money.

You provide information/media you are entitled to use and review business facts before publication. Generated content/artwork can need correction or resemble other outputs. A generated logo is not trademark clearance or guaranteed exclusivity. These review duties do not remove our contractual responsibilities or your mandatory remedies. Consumer withdrawal instructions

You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days after it is concluded, without giving a reason. The period does not begin before you receive the legally required information. Send a clear declaration to SanitiQ Mechanics UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Sudermannstraße 8, 60431 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, admin@vantelleo.com, telephone +49 160 93922817. You can use the optional form below; using it is not required. Sending your declaration before the deadline is sufficient.

You can also declare withdrawal at https://app.vantelleo.com/withdraw. We promptly confirm receipt, including its content, date and time, by email.

For a valid withdrawal we return the payments covered by it within 14 days of receiving your declaration, using your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. For this initial offer we do not rely on early creation or digital delivery to end your withdrawal right during that period, and make no deduction for early work. Mandatory rights, including rights for defective or undelivered work and any non-waivable protections applicable in your country of residence, remain unaffected. Ordinary renewal cancellation and our separate first-month guarantee are distinct from statutory withdrawal.
